Specification
1.pH: Average range between 5.5-9.5, between6.6-7.4 is the most rapid growth.
2.Temperature: can take effect between 10℃-60℃.Temperature above 60℃ , lead to the death of the bacteria, when temperature is below 10℃ bacteria will not die, but growth is limited to the cells. The most suitable temperature is 20-32℃.
3.Dissolved Oxygen: In the aeration tank of wastewater treatment , dissolved oxygen at least 2mg/L. The bacteria will work well 5-7times in enough oxygen. In soil restoration process, it needs appropriate looseland nourished or ventilation.
4.Trace Elements: proprietary bacteria racein its growth will need a lot of elements , such as potassium , iron , calcium, sulfur , magnesium , etc, usually in soil and water element will contain enough these.
5.Salinity: It is applicable in the seawater and freshwater , the maximum tolerance of 40‰ salinity.
6.Poison Resistance: It can effectively resist the toxicity of chemical substances , including chloride , cyanide and heavy metals, etc.
Applicable Method

Tests have shown that the following physical and chemical parameters are most effective for bacterial growth:PH value: the range is between 5.5 and 9.5, the fastest growth is between 6.6 and 7.4, and the methane production efficiency is the highest at the pH value of 7.2.Temperature: Effective between 10°C and 60°C. When the temperature is higher than 60°C, the bacteria will die; when the temperature is lower than 10°C, the bacteria will not die, but their cell growth will be greatly restricted. The most suitable temperature is 26~32℃.Trace elements: Proprietary bacteria need many elements in their growth, such as potassium, iron, calcium, sulfur, magnesium, etc., and usually the soil and water sources contain sufficient amounts of the above elements.Salinity: Applicable in both seawater and freshwater, up to 6% salinity.Anti-toxicity: It can effectively resist chemical toxic substances, including chlorides, cyanides and heavy metals.
